Are you living your life on autopilot?
As some of you know I’ve officially started my business as a therapist and helping practitioner last year.
I wholeheartedly committed to helping others to overcome mental and emotional limitations so they can consciously create a more fulfilling life and experience more love, joy and abundance.
I’ve been on my healing, learning and spiritual journey for more than 14 years but since I stepped into my “role”, my experience was taken to a completely different level.
Last year and especially the last few months were extremely intense for me, in a positive way, one deep transformation followed by the other, expanding in ways I couldn’t have imagined and it looks like this is just the beginning of what is possible, for me and for many of us, as new times are unfolding.
The way I see myself, others and life itself evolved tremendously.
I’ve arrived at a completely different understanding of who we are and how we create our life, more precisely our personal reality through our personality: out of our old patterns, thoughts, emotions, beliefs, behaviour, values and identity. Most of the time completely unconsciously, like robots in human suits, completely not aware of what’s going on.
We try so hard to change our life but with no intention to change ourselves, the way we think, what we believe, what we do and how we do it, our values and who we want to be.
After years of trying to figure out how to use the Law of attraction to “get” everything I perceived to lack and so wanted to have, I’ve finally understood its real role and nature.
I can see now why it didn’t work at the time and why it’s not working for so many people. We are so off track. We completely misunderstood it.
It all begins with understanding that there is NoBody, NoGod out there who will deliver you what you want. There is NoBody outside of you.
You are IT! You are an expression of The thing you call life, it’s an expression, an extension of YOU. Everything you are, the TOTALITY of you.
It’s a translation of YOU into reality.
Our daily experiences bring contrast into our life. The more we experience unwanted things, the more we long for the opposite. We start desiring different experiences, better ones, we want to feel different, less worry, less struggle, less suffering, more joy, more freedom, more abundance, more love, more adventure, better life condition, better relationships, fulfilling job...
Then one day we step on the awakening path, we find out that after all, we might not be a victim of life, that we have a voice, that we can take responsibility for our life, we have power, we are told about the Law of attraction and how we can and we Do attract everything into our life, so we decide to create a different life, a better one, an amazing one.
And damn we try hard. I definitely did.
Soon we find ourselves in another struggle, more frustration, more pain, another trap but at least this is a promising one. It promises you Heaven on Earth, all the goodies you miss now. A big house, perfect relationship, abundance, travel, amazing friends, the business of the year, the car of your dreams.
You do everything you can, everything they teach you: you visualize, you write it down in a diary, you meditate, you create vision boards, mind movies, you go to therapy, workshops, listen to masterclasses, read hundreds of books, even go to India hoping that the Guru you’d heard about might help you to get Enlightened and then finally you are saved.
After years of trying, you start to realize something is off, it doesn't work: you still have the same old car, no perfect lover, no millions in the bank, no holidays around the world, no dream body, no dream home.
You feel more frustrated than before, disappointed, hopeless, sad, disillusioned, fed up and you conclude life is shit. It might work for others but it definitely does not work for you and you give up.
You are right, something is not OK.
But there is nothing wrong with you!
In order to understand what’s “wrong”, we have to go back to basics, Beyond Affirmations, the Power of Will and Positive Thinking
Your reality is created by your beliefs.
These generally subconscious beliefs are often the result of a lifetime of "programming" and represent a very powerful influence on human behavior. Studies in neuroscience indicate that at least 95% of our consciousness is subconscious reality.
The subconscious mind is the storehouse of our attitudes, values and beliefs. It is through these beliefs that we form our perceptions about the world and ourselves, and from these perceptions we develop our behaviors.
Usually it is the behaviors that limit us that we want to change. Often, the most effective way to change a behaviour is to change the subconscious beliefs that sustain it.
My work is to quickly identify and transform the beliefs that "limit" you into beliefs that "support" you in any area of your life.
Many people have subconsciously limiting beliefs in the area of spirituality, self-esteem, body and health issues, economic prosperity, relationships, or career.
Until you change these, your life can only reflect your programs.
