I have to admit, all last week and even beginning of this week, I was feeling quite lost, unmotivated, kind of hopeless and uninterested.
It’s very rare that I feel this way, as I consciously and regularly work on myself, but I have to say it taught me a huge lesson. When I’m in my “high zone” it’s quite easy to stay there as soon as there is some momentum. Optimism attracts optimism, good vibes attract more good vibes, more energy, more lightness and more opportunities. But be aware it also works the other way around! This morning I met some very inspiring and positive friends, we are working on a local website soon to be launched and that almost instantly put me back in the right mindset. So where to go to find motivation? Most of us were taught that our happiness, our security depends on the outside world and that we have no control, no influence on what’s happening. The only tools we have is hope and prayer. Having this belief can make these chaotic times very difficult for most of us. Giving all our control to forces outside of us, believing that there is nothing we can do will leave us powerless, worried, fearful and paralised. But it doesn't have to be like this. There is so much we can actually do. Science says: “A person it’s a product of his/her own thoughts and beliefs. We are what we believe.” Each of us are creators of our lives. We do it through our thinking, beliefs, behaviour, values, identity. We have to take responsibility for our own thoughts, beliefs and actions. What was working before it’s not working anymore. It’s a fact. It’s time for us to grow up, stop looking for someone to blame and stop waiting for somebody who will save us (the government, the vaccine, new rules and regulations, Jesus). The only way out is taking responsibility for our own happiness, finances, life, looking beyond the drama, seeing the greater picture, start working together, making a difference in others life, supporting and encouraging, becoming a better and wiser person than we were yesterday. The sooner we understand that we create our life and personal reality the sooner we can create a different one. Adopt a positive attitude. The attitude “I can, I will” generates the power, skill and energy to do it. When we believe we can, the “how to do it” develops. Limiting thought and beliefs stop even our best efforts to change our life. Only new empowering beliefs can fire new habits and new action and change our life for the better. We have to educate ourselves, realize that we are powerful conscious beings and our environment is the result of what we created unconsciously. Look for books that inspire you. The more knowledge we gain - the more we read or learn about people who have done what we are setting out to do - the more inspired we are to make the possibility become reality. Be conscious of what you are feeding your mind with. Whatever you put your attention on will start growing in your world. Choose to fill your world with uplifting, inspiring and empowering things than fearful and disempowering news. Either you believe or not in the Law of attraction, it applies to you too: alike attracts alike. Surround yourself with people who believe that we create our own reality and consciously, systematically work towards a greater vision, a better world, an amazing future. The only way out is knowledge, support, connection, love. We are all one, we were just made to believe we are each other's enemies, competitor, that there is lack and we have to fight to survive. The truth couldn't be further from reality. Open up and discover how powerful you are. Discover how by changing your thinking and beliefs, your emotions will follow, then your actions will be fueled with passion and power. Then the more momentum it gets the easier it will be to thrive despite the “illusorical” chaos of the outside world.
